gestiQ respects your privacy and complies with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company name (optional) and message.
• No cookies: the site sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies.
• Anonymous statistics: a count of visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics), with no cookies, no stored IP address and no profiling.

We do not collect sensitive information and we use no targeted advertising tools.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
• To understand, in an aggregate and anonymous way, which pages are viewed, so we can improve the site.

We never use your information for other purposes without your consent, and we do not sell it.

Consent

By ticking the box on the form, you agree that we may use your information to reply to you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

Third parties and hosting

Your information is processed by providers that help us run the site and our email: Cloudflare (site hosting and bot protection) and Microsoft (business email). These providers may process data outside Québec, including in the United States. We assessed these transfers and chose providers that offer adequate protection.

Retention

Messages we receive are kept for no more than 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless a business relationship requires keeping them longer.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to messages is limited to the gestiQ people who need it and protected by strong authentication.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@gestiq.ca. We reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
